About the event
Wild Eye is pleased to bring back Awkward Pocket, and host our debut of The Low Coals, in this double-header concert benefitting NorCal Resist!
AWKWARD POCKET is an eclectic, quirky band playing original music featuring guitar, cello, accordion, mandolin and melodica. In the Pocket are Lex Cook – guitar, vocals & melodica; Erin Long – guitar, vocals & accordion; Jasper Carnevale – cello & backup vocals; Mickey Finn – mandolin; and Elijah Koko – drums.
Is Awkward Pocket folk music? Hard to say. In an outdated and poorly conducted survey, we received these responses about our genre:
