The Wild Eye Way

We cook fresh, scratch-made food daily from 

regional, humanely raised meats and produce. 

We source as much as possible from local 

sustainable & organic farmers, ranchers, 

vintners, brewers and food makers.

It may take a little longer, but take pleasure in 

eating the fresh, healthy food we serve.
