Broken Compass Bluegrass - Creekside!

Based in northern California, Broken Compass Bluegrass includes Kyle Ledson, Django Ruckrich, Mei Lin Heirendt and Sam Jacobs. Though youthful, they are no strangers to the music industry. All four are seasoned performers, multi-instrumentalists, songwriters, and singers and have established themselves as some of California’s most prominent up-and-coming youth. Now coming together as a band, they are a fresh force in the music scene today.

Before joining together as Broken Compass, Kyle, Django, and Mei Lin released albums separately. Left It All Behind is Kyle’s newest solo album featuring his shredding mandolin and guitar licks, impeccable vocals, and clever songwriting. Produced by Nat Keefe, the album includes members of Yonder Mountain String Band, ALO, and Hot Buttered Rum. Django and his dad, Phil, put out Gravity, an EP of original material produced by Joe Craven. Listeners can expect to hear Django’s exceptional guitar, slide guitar, mandolin, fiddle, piano, bass, and vocal skills. With her other band, Boston Ravine, Mei Lin released Ragged Road highlighting special guests including Adam Haynes (The Grascals), Pete Grant, and Kathy Barwick. The album displays her heartfelt singing and original songs as well as her thoughtful fiddle and mandolin playing. All four are currently releasing new work together, solo, and with other artists. Keep an eye on these shooting stars!

Wild Eye Pub offers freshly crafted food from local and organic sources, and a full bar with regional brews, wines and spirits, in a comfy supper club, with an easy vibe. 

Pub has parking. Plus, free public parking at corner of Mill & McCourtney, a 2-minute walk.  

**Reservations are recommended** You can make a rezo while buying your ticket(s). We set up and take down our creekside dining area every night - reserving helps us plan and set up tables for small and large groups.  For this outdoor event, seating begins 1 hour prior to the event.  We don't "turn over tables" -  you may keep your table for the entire show. The sliding-scale ticket fee helps us pay and feed the performers. Thank you for supporting live performing artists!

This event is presented on our shaded creekside stage, supper club style, with tableside dining and beverage service offered throughout the event. The creek breeze cools off in the evening; layers are a good idea.
